I wanted to post a review, hopefully this is the correct way! 

My experience with Riverview carpet and flooring was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Riverview to anyone interested in new flooring. We installed new flooring on the entire 1st floor of our home (including demo of previous hardwood and tile) as well as the majority of upstairs. Every employee we spoke with was kind and extremely helpful from start to finish. When we initially stopped in the store the owner Bob took time to give us a detailed overview of our options. Then Ski took over our project and was amazing. He worked with us to find a product that fit our lifestyle and also accommodated a tight timeline that we had. The installation team was extremely kind, efficient, hard working and CLEAN! We have received several compliments on our flooring and we could not be happier!

They carefully moved the larger pieces of furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, and installed the new padding and carpet. As a designer, I have worked with this company on several flooring projects including sales and installation of wall-to-wall carpeting and hardwood flooring in the past 6 months. Showroom staff are very knowledgeable and installers have done superb work and are very precise and neat. Their tile showroom offers a vast array of current porcelain, glass and natural stone products at reasonable pricing and the sales manager is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in assisting clients. I certainly recommend this company without reservation.

Bob came out to house and really took the time to understand what my constraints were and what we were and were not looking for. He was VERY patient with us and gave us even more time at the showroom to dither over multiple flooring options at various price points. During this process I never once felt like I was being "sold" on anything. He provided the input and options and we drove the decision. The install fell within the estimated time frame and the result was stunning. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The only thing that would have made me happier is if I'd had the whole house done and not just two rooms.

They first time they came they installed carpet. The second time they came they did carpet cleaning. The third time they came they installed linoleum flooring.

I thought they did a good job. It looks great. One of the things I liked about the man that installed the linoleum flooring is that he trimmed the bottom of the doors so that they open and closed easily with the new flooring.

The ambience in our kitchen has improved tremendously with our newly installed Karndean Art Select Limestone floor! It appears to be beautiful stone, but is much warmer and easier to care for than stone or tile. The whole process worked out so well for many reasons. Since Bob at Riverview handles very large samples, it was so much easier to make our selection than with the tiny pieces most stores loan you. We could truly see how the floor would look in day and evening light when it was down. When Bob came to help us decide what would work best in our kitchen, it was immediately apparent he is very knowledgeable about the products. He didn't need to sell us because the product sells itself. I am usually worried about my choices, but not this time. The installers were very competent workers who dealt with my many questions. They really knew their product, as they have been employed at the store for many years and have worked with all kinds of flooring. Their cleanup was perfect, too. We are still amazed after having a dark floor down when we moved into our home, what a tremendous difference a light floor has made in improving our kitchen! It visually enlarged the room so very much. It even makes our paint color more attractive. Riverview installed several other floors in our last home and always delivered on time, installed perfectly, and stood behind their product. This time they really exceeded our expectations with this gorgeous floor that I am sure we will enjoy for many years to come. Thank you so much!
